Lung Ching tea has a history of more than 1000 years. It is considered to have a cooling effect and thus is frequently served during hot weather. With an emerald green, flat whole leaf , this specialty is often called Royal or also Dragonwell tea. Produced in the West Lake region of the Zhejiang province, it generates a Champagne colored liquor with a fresh, sweet mellow taste upon infusion. Subject to global limited availability.
