Our Organic version of the National drink of North Africa which has a very long tradition. Also known as the tonic of the Pharaohs it has high contents of ethereal oils which characterize the distinctive flavor. We recommend brewing 1-2 level teaspoons each of leaves and sugar per cup or 6 fl. oz. and letting it steep for 10 minutes. Nana mint is also delicious as an ice tea variation in summer, served chilled with a dash of lemon.
