A fine spice blend according to an old Indian recipe. The slightly spicy character and yet aromatic taste is both an inspiring and relaxing experience. Yoga tea can be prepared with milk or water as desired. Preparation: boil 11g/ 0.39 oz. Yoga tea in approx. 1l/ 33.81 fl.oz. water for about 30 minutes. Then add 6g/ 0.21 oz. of black tea (we recommend our Ceylon OP Highgrown, #22453) and let it stand for another 5 minutes. Pour over 0.25l/ 8.45 fl.oz. hot or cold water and then decant - if you like - sweeten. Ingredients: cinnamon, hawthorn petals, ginger bits, cloves, black pepper, cardamon.
